Yoga with Dahlia
Hatha yoga is a traditional style of yoga which incorporates asana (posture), pranayama (breathing exercises) and relaxation and meditation. There have been many yogic health benefits documented including improved sleep, better mental health (particularly for those suffering from anxiety and depression) as well as the medical and physical health benefits.
Dahlia is a qualified IYN teacher with many years of experience and offer small friendly classes on Wednesday at 7.30pm and Saturday at 11am in North West London.
